回国退税的问题~~

我退税的东西是液体超过随身带的液体体积限制了，所以必须要托运。
那么问题来了，我是在阿德莱德还是在珀斯办出口退税？

理论上是在哪里出关，就在那里办退税，也就是珀斯，但据了解我需要把退税的商品拿出来给工作人员看然后再托运吧？但我的行李已经在阿德莱德办好check in了，会直挂到北京，所以我没办法在珀斯拿到我的托运行李，也就没办法证明退税商品在托运行李里了。

该怎么办？？？

但问题是我去哪领钱呢？ 我在阿德莱德是从国内航班出发，不能进国际航班安检也就到不了退税窗口。
