急，不想用OPTUS了怎么办？

但后来发现OPTUS死贵，而且没有国际电话，其他很多同学都是3的，这电话没法打啊，
每个月都不够。所以问下同学们，如果我现在不想用OPTUS了，怎么办？听说可以买断？
具体怎么个情况的啊，有同学可以说下吗，是不是要交点钱的，我在官网上没找到这方面的？
