170 per week includes rent, electricity and Internet. It is on the four floor of a 8 storey building with river view. You room is with a build in wardrobe, a bed, a desk and book shelf. In addition, you have a balcony. The whole building has security entrance. it has a swimming pool and two BBQs. It is located in macquarie st, st Lucia. From the balcony, you can oversee one grass in UQ campus. Really wonderful a place.
