对房间的要求：
1. 最好是双人床 单人也可以
2. 煤气炉，不要电磁炉
3. 空调+暖气
4. 1个车位
5. 包bill的预算在150pw左右；房子条件好的话价格可商议
6. 室友不要印度人（无歧视的意思 但之前有和印度室友分租的心理阴影）
7. 入住日期：2.22 最少租4-6个月 多可年
8. 最重要的一点，距离College of Nursing and Health Sciences 步行20分钟之内
