开车7分钟左右到亚洲超市，unisa学校，Woolworth等等。附近有kfc，hungry jack， subway。位置较偏 但安全安静，建议开车或骑车出行。15分钟步行到火车站。

房间：

三间卧室其中的一间出租

家具包括Queen size bed，学习桌和椅子。有独立衣帽间。

房租：$150 including bill （normal usage）

bond： 4*150= $600

(bill include：water, gas, electricity and internet)

6月21日即可入住, 欢迎看房。

关于公共地区的使用及卫生：

客厅走廊脏了的话轮流打，因为是木地板，所以不太显脏。厨房用完之后擦干净，如果你是觉得厨房就应该有油的话，那么谢谢勿扰。因为要和另外一个室友share bathroom，所以要轮流打扫。 每三个月中介会来检查一次。所以每三个月一次大扫除。

关于新室友的要求：

吸烟到外面，能过做到保持公共区域的卫生，按时交房租，带朋友来之前和室友商量等。
