Sinabro Tiling is hiring a full-time estimator/project administrator tojoin our team.

Duties:

- Identified labour and materials required by studying thespecifications, architectural drawings, scope of works and other relateddocuments.
- Exercised strong attention to details in analysing the specifications andmeasurement of tiling areas in the architectural drawings.
- Prepared quotes by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptiveinformation.
- Negotiated and reviewed the subcontractor agreements.
- Monitored ongoing projects to ensure the actual works match the expectationand provided immediate rectification if necessary.
- Conducted site visits and provided recommendations and informed adviceregarding site viability.
- Prepared and provided the compliance and supporting documents required bytenders such as Company CV, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), InsurancePolicy, National Crime Check and vice versa.
- Managed inventories in the warehouse.
- Ensured a timely response to enquiries from tenders and clients, andsuggested alternatives for the better outcomes.
- Worked closely with the suppliers to ensure the stocks received in a timelymanner.
- Issued tax invoices after the completion of the projects and chased upoverdue amount when necessary.

To be considered for this position it is essential that you meet thefollowing criteria:

- Able to work well under pressure to ensure schedules and deadlines aremaintained

- Keen learner

- Have a car and driver's license

Job Package:

- 7am - 5pm Mon to Fri

- $41,600 + Super

- 4 weeks of Annual Leave + Public Holidays
