我的问题是申请表问我Has the sponsor ever been granted a contributory parent category visa?
我填了YES和date of grant以后，出现下面一条问题：

The applicant may wish to review the information on the department's website regarding partner sponsorship eligibility prior to continuing with this application.Give details regarding the compelling reasons why the applicant was not included in the sponsor's contributory parent visa application. 请问我应该如何回答这一个问题，因为答案我觉得很重要，我之前上网看过类似以contributory parent visa的人要5年以后才能做sponsor，但是我咨询过好多中介，他们都说这一条只适用于一般父母移民只申请其中一方，5年后再申请另外一方，像我这种之前未婚的dependent child是可以做sponsor的，但是现在还是很担心，希望大家能解答我的疑团，万分感激！！！！
