各位好 ， 本人 申请了 485 签证还没批下来， 但是由于国内有事， 又突然回国了， 最近收到移民局的电邮 ， 问为什么 没有去移民局申请签证 私自离境 （申请了485签证以后， 本人申请了一次3 个月的签证，但再去移民局想申请一次3个月的签证， 移民局不同意了， 所以离境了） ， 然后才能判断是否批准 485 。
想请教一下 ， 应该怎样 回答移民局的电邮 ？ 什莫样的理由最好 ？

Dear Sir/Madam
This is in regards to the above client's visa application for temporary migration.
The Migration Regulations require that an applicant for this visa must be in Australia at the time the application is decided to be granted a visa. This requirement applies to both the primary applicant and to any members of their family unit who have made a valid application. Departmental records indicate that one or more applicants are presently outside of Australia. This office has no record on when you intend to arrive back into Australia.
You are now requested to provide this office with reason(s) for departing Australia, a current postal address for the receipt of correspondence, and the date you intend to return to Australia. A decision about whether to refuse this application may then be made based on this information.
Applicants who apply for a visa which requires them to be in Australia at the time the application for a visa to be granted; and then depart and are outside of Australia at the time of a decision on the application must be refused a visa.
Such applicants are ineligible for a merits review of the decision to refuse their application unless they are able to return to Australia within the period specified for requesting a review of the decision.
To facilitate the processing of this application you are required to provide this information within 28 days.
If I have not heard from you by that time, I may proceed to decide this application on the basis of the information currently available to me.
You may also wish to withdraw this application, if so please advise.
