if you are truely penniless. What i recommand is that you can go to cash converter and stores like this, and sell the stuff you dont really need at the moment. You can get some money that can sustain your live. And support the transportation and living cost.
Finding jobs in BNE sucks you know. Lot of bosses ask you for a trail and dont hire at the end. Not only lose the transportation fee but also times.
