我3月准备申请澳大利亚技术移民，我想把我LG也一起办过去。
那么请问各位老大，现在只有我一人达到了技术移民的条件，那么3月份我可以作为主申请人，我LG作为副申请人 和我一起办理技术移民吗？ 还是需要我先办理技术移民成功后，再蹲满移民监后，才可以给我LG办理移民？  
现在新的政策下我LG需要准备哪些材料才可以办理移民？ 另外需要面签吗？
