我本科读的华侨大学，机械设计专业，拿到学位，已经毕业一年了，
偶的IEA评估应该是可以过的
不想读机械了，研究生想申请commerce in business，但是如果以这个来提名职业分数只有50。
不知道可否以我本科的机械设计来提名职业并且以澳洲研究生学历来免工作经验，这个连律师事务所也说的不清楚。
我只想知道这样可行性如何，以下是某著名律师事务所给的答复
For the second question, I did not say it must be same. The legal requirement is “Relevant”. It is you that must prove what you will study in Australia (International Trading/Business/Commerce) is relevant to the engineering (the nominated occupation). You can nominate your occupation as engineering with your bachelor degree but you have to prove the study in Australia must be relevant to the nominated occupation, if the study in Australia is different from the occupation you nominated. It is really big issue and I can’t simply tell you yes or not. It is your onus (if you retain us, it is our onus) to prove it. Some research needs to be done and explanation letter must be provided to DIMIA.
