3, The room is very clean with carpet and it near train station 201,202. Tram station 109. It takes 15-20 mintues to arrive RMIT, Melbourne University. It talso akes 15 mintues to arrive at Swinburn university.
4, The room is one part of one big house with garden. So it has one big kitchen.
5, The rent fee is $140 per month including water, electronic fee. Not including telephone fee.
