It is a unit, not very new but in very good condition. Most importantly, it is in zone 2, and 7mins walk to toombul shopping centre ,3 mins walk toclayfield market. For transport,you only walk 1 min to bus stop 300,302,306,322,321,358, they all take you to city and chinatown(about 20mins). 4mins to clayfield train(doomen line) station and 10mins to toombul station(both caboolture and shorncliffe).
