伦敦一区Victoria 地段, 距离Pimilico地铁站步行1分钟，Victoria地铁站步行5分钟。楼下有costcutter便利店，周围有小型Tesco, 大型Saintsbury's Market超市，都在步行5分钟范围内，与Victoria地铁站同方向。环境好，非常安静。
两个房间出租，大的在16平米左右，小的10平米左右。小房间是Double bed, 大房间是Single bed。 一切生活设施齐全，宽敞舒适，厨房厕所干净整洁。BT 2兆宽带上网（支持11M无线，自备带无线网卡的电脑），可视门铃，保障安全。
两个房间6月27号-9月22号available，大房间95磅一周，小房间90磅一周，两间同时租可以优惠。价格包括水电和宽带费用。两周Deposit。 需要照片可以提供。
