是不是拿着存折和存单直接过去银行让他们开个资金证明就可以了？那么开这个的时间是不是要离着签证的时间近点好啊？还有我听说开了资金证明就是把那个存款冻结了3个月，不大清楚是怎么回事。如果那个存款都冻结了，我去旅游的钱不就是没法取出来了嘛。。。
