房间厨房设备几乎全新， 价格为200英镑一个月不包bill。 因为是找的中介看的房，所以中介费3人share, 一人83磅（中介费一共250磅，只用交一次即可），虽然要付中介费，但是地理位置，房间设备，性价比真是不错。
房子有好有坏,毕竟装修好,离市中心和大学都近的地段的房子也不多 总之一分价钱一分货。
