关于财产证明的一股脑的问题，请大家帮助

2月初才把申请材料寄了出去。前两天收到了莱斯特的电邮，让我到银行开证明寄给他们。原文如下：
Your application has now been sent back to our Graduate Office for an 'offer
letter' to be sent to you in connection with your M.Sc. course.  We note that
you are prepared to finance yourself and our Graduate Office will need proof of
this in the form of a Bank or Building Society Statement which I would ask you
to forward to them in due course.
几日后又来信一封：
Please mail your Bank Statement direct to our Graduate Office, marking that it
is from yourself and asking them to put it with your application form.
Please note that an offer letter from the University will be forthcoming within
two to three weeks.  The Graduate Office have many of these to deal with at
this time of year.
问题如下：
1。这是不是说我很有可能被他们录取了？还是说要我提供财产证明只是一种很正常的程序
2。银行证明是怎么开？是到银行把所有的存单复印一下然后就寄给他们么？（如果这样似乎只有中文没有英文亚）还是别的方式？或者银行有专门办理这个业务的？
3。几天后利物浦又给我来了一个航空邮件，内服财产调查表一张，（关于财产的问题似乎只有问我是有谁来提供我的资金来源），这是不是也是被录取的征兆之一？或者是正常程序罢了？
