请教一下research proposal?

我想申请个Msc by research，他要求写一个research proposal,我没有头绪，不知道怎么写？申请note上这么说。‘You should also submit a fuller research proposal (about one side of A4 in length) describing your proposed field in more detail and giving details of any publications and other research experience.’
请问一下各位，要怎么写啊？哪一部分要重点写？那些proposed field的资料是不是要到别的地方查再抄上去啊？
