1、60多平方米的一个，占据了我家二楼的一半空间，是给主卧加了独立的室外楼梯，在balcony上加建了适当的厨房设施而成。整个房间balcony朝北，东面有窗带空调，卫生间南向开窗，全屋地毯，balcony和卫生间地砖；

2、40平方米的一个，全新厨房和卫生间设在开窗的西侧，冷暖空调，全屋木地板，如果用做家庭办公室，还可以把相连的一间10平米的房间一并租给您做卧室。


目前两个房子都没有配家具，第一次全新出租，很想尽可能按您的需求来配置家具，或者您自备家具家电都可以。

租房子，不论是出租方还是承租方，都是件挺麻烦的事情。多比较一下是对的。

昨天傍晚的时候，有电话问房子是不是已经租出去了，房间里总共有几张床等等。原来是从悉尼驾车来旅游的一大家6个人（包括一个小baby），找不到地方住。我告诉他们我的房子还没有安置家具，为他们住两个晚上，放那么多床上去，然后再倒腾下来，我有点力不从心（两个房子和我自己家住的地方是彻底分开的）。他们执意要住，只好放上去一个宽大的三人沙发，一张单人折叠沙发床，一个加厚的单人床垫，两个没有弹簧的床垫。空间还是很宽敞，只是我自己觉得隐约仍有点内墙涂料的味道，有小baby啊。
今天一早，他们就出门了。希望他们enjoy在布里斯班的日子，喜欢布里斯班。
