沙尘回流继续污染北京空气——据一位环境专家称，周五污染北京空气的沙尘将从北京东部和南部回流，并在周日继续影响京城的空气质量。
在上面的报道中，dust backflow就是“沙尘回流”，也就是沙尘离开某地后再杀“回马枪”，重新影响当地的天气和空气质量。而capital backflow(资金回流)则指的是将之前买进的东西重新卖出所得的资金。
20日，本已大部分移出北京的浮尘被东南风从华北地区吹了回来。受此次沙尘回流影响，北京再次出现floating dust weather(浮尘天气)，造成空气质量below normal standard(下降、低于正常标准)。浮尘天气或sand and dust weather(沙尘天气)会导致空气的visibility(能见度)降低，inhalable particles(可吸入颗粒物)增多，air quality(空气质量)下降。 |
