You state that your spouse *** is employed as a manager by USA Nails,Bristol,and has been so since April 2008.As evidence of the UK funds of your spouse you have produced pay slips and bank statements. The pay slips show that he has been paid between &968.93 and &1336.40 net after tax per month ;however ,the deposits on the bank statements are not consistent with this. Moreover the majority of the deposits have been for &300 cash, and the bank statement for March 2008 has simiar regular deposits, whilst you state that these funds must have cone from your spouse mother,you have provide no independently verifiable evidence that your husband is employed as stated .Moreover,the pay slips you have presented are of a generic format and are therefore of little evidential value. In view of the above,I am not satisfied that your husband is genuinely employed or in receipt of the income as stated. Moreover,with no evidence of the origin of the funds, or that they have been lawfully obtained,I am not satisfied that the bank statements are evidence that these funds are genuinely available for your maintenance.In the absence of any further financial evidence,I am not satisfied that you and your spouse will be able to maintian adequately without recourse to public funds.
