最新的2008年11月移民配额排期已由国务院公布。基本情况如下：
职业应聘方面：
第二优先（EB-2），中国大陆前进了两个月；第三优先（EB-3）前进了四个月，非技术劳工前进了两周；
亲属移民方面：
F-1前进两周，F-2A前进五周，F-2B前进一个月，F-3前进一周，F-4前进五周。
