我的情况很特殊，
在2010年9月，我申请J1的Research Scholar身份去美国，一年后回国。visa上的过期时间是2011年7月13号，并且有clearance received字样。
因为有24 month bar的限制，我这次再次去同一个老板那里做同样的项目，但是只能以Short term Scholar身份的J1过去。
所以我想问问我能否找中信银行代签？
