现在想在签证有效期内去旅游，可以直接凭此签证入境吗？
还有就是这个Clearance Received，入境时会因此受到更严格的审查吗？
我理解既然是B1/B2，那就是兼有商务和旅游的功能，但是又在“中国美国商会”网站上查到这样一段话：
Clearances for multiple purposes/places: Clearances for business visa travelers are valid for one year from the “CLEARANCE RECEIVED” date. This means that if an applicant returns to the U.S. for the same place and purpose within one year, a new clearance is not required. If an applicant plans to travel to the U.S. for different purposes or places within one year, the applicant should bring all relevant material to his or her first visa interview so that the clearance will cover all of the applicant’s trips. This will eliminate the need to get a new clearance for each trip.

这到底是指通过美国商会签证的规定，还是所有 “CLEARANCE RECEIVED” 的签证都是这样呢？
现在很迷惑，到底应该怎么办？请Amerigo版主指点一下。
