地理位置绝佳。1min到southbank bus/train station。2站到city，近Brisbane river摩天轮。
独立卫浴，single bed。6人share kitchen，但大部分人放假回家，估计2，3人share。学生公寓住的都是qut/uq的学生，都很友善。

楼下免费gym room，电脑室，桌球台，自习室。

本人11月30号要回国， 所以转让合同，从11-30到明年1-11。具体入住时间可以商量。如果想继续住下去可以续约下去。这是和学生公寓负责公司签订的正规合同，所以有法律保障不用担心权益问题。

合同签订的Price是281/week。我可以再另外给50/w的discount也就是230/w，包含所有water／电／网（10GB，不够可以另外再买，但一般都够了），因为我要回家了所以租金也可以negotiate。不要太离谱就行了。
