We are now looking for an experienced on-site Manager (only Husband and wife team) to operate a Permanent residential Complex in a Northernsuburb of Brisbane.
The Successful Applicants must have 1. basic handyman skills 2. Property management experience with an understanding of property letting and office knowledge. 3. Current real estate letting licence preferred 4. Outgoing personality, friendly and willing to communicate with people. Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to; · Basic Reception Duties · Experience using property management software preferred · Coordinate front-office duties and resolve problems · Manage online advertisement · Holding Open inspection for rental property in the complex · General repairs and Maintenance · Must live on-site and monitor property after hours · General Office Duties- manage account; prepare all the invoice and so on
The Successful Applicant/swill be provided $80,000 p.a salary with a free accommodation in a very beautiful complex.
