房东很nice 环境很好，居住之余还是一个很好的环境练英文哦！！ 
走路去130 140 车站10分钟 知道city ， 去路去135 120 155 598 等车站直到city, garden city and carindale 大概15 分钟 。 走路去Griffith Nathan campus 差不多就15 分钟。

(虽然是有点小贵，但从居住环境等来看，安全方便 并且有家的感觉 值啦！！！ 而且平时也不用怎么打扫房子 就care 好自己的房间和bathroom weekly 到扫就好了，而且也不用每周推垃圾桶。。。 对了他们家还有只猫哦~ ） 入住时间： 2013 年1月4号  有意者 请联系 Tracy 0403326758 （之后可以通过手机发房间图片 ， 真的蛮好的一间房，不要错过哦）
