This is Aram, Daniel, Alisha and Owen’s Advertisement of willing to rent the last spare room of our common lovely house.
The room we are going to share with you: A 15M2 Room with a double bed, a big wardrobe and a bedside cupboard.
Address: 75 Lade Street, Coorparoo. (2 zone)
From our place, it will take you about 5 minutes’ walking to Bus 202, 208, 184,185 which link to city in at most 20 minutes. It takes you 13 minutes by 202 and 208 and about 18 minutes with 184 and 185.
You will share one spacious kitchen, living room, one toilet, 50 G/month high speed Internet with Aram and Owen. Alisha and Daniel are couples and they have their own things.
Besides, we have a big yard and balcony, good for BBQ and little gatherings at the weekends.
Who we are?
We are quite international and friendly young people from allover the world.
Aram is a typical Aussie, an independent contractor.
Daniel and Alisha come from Germany. Daniel is a chef while Alisha a student.
Owen, me, is a Chinese full time working as an auditor.
Here we speak English, German and Chinese. It’s a great opportunity to pick up different languages and experience real multi-culture life in Brissie!
Who we are looking for?
We expect you are young boys and girl who are fairly clean, tidy, easygoing, culture sensitive and with good credibility. Young professionals and students are warmly welcomed.
The rent is at a very attractive rate of 135/week (all bills of electricity, water and internet are included) considering the condition of the room and the convenience of transportation. Only 2 weeks’ bond needed.
Please kindly be informed that your behavior will be assessed during the first 3 months. If we are convinced that you are a good housemate, there is a possibility for us to reduce your rent a further 130/week! But if we think you are not suitable for our house, unfortunately you will be informed to find another place.

Thank you for your email. Per your question, please kindly be informed that from 75 Lade Street, we have only one bus Route 202, which can go to UQ. It cost you 18 minutes from lade street to Dutton Park and then you just need 5 minutes to go across the bridge and arrive UQ student centre. The total journey will be less than 30 minutes door to door.

Although only one bus available, I would presume the transportation is still good compared to those accommodations in Sunny Bank and even further areas.
Stay with us, the largest benefit would be your improvement of language skills. Stay in an international environment can help you get real experience in Australia.
