我们有一间房子在 eight mile plain 出租。

房子是townhouse，3房2卫，加上你总共有四个人。你的房间有 queensize bed，两个书桌，built-in wardrobe。房价是130块一个星期，所有费用全包 （有TPG ADSL2 无限网络）。

交通也很方便，十分钟走到garden city bus station。室友都是full time students 和full time worker。大家都很nice。

I have a very nice bedroom in a townhouse for rent in Eight Mile Plains. Available from the 22th of Feb. The room is fully furnished including Queensize bed, two desks, built-in wardrobe.  

My place is a  3 bedrooms and 2 bath and 1 extra toilet house. We will have 4 people including you living in the house. There are plenty of parkings right in front of the townhouse. There are also swimming pool, BBQ, and gym in the townhouse complexes free for use. It is a very convenient location and very close to garden city shopping centre and bus station (3mins to drive, or 15mins to walk), and Sunnybank.

Rent is only $130 P.W (including all bills and super fast unlimited ADSL2 for internet). ($85 per person for couple)

My place is very tidy and clean, other share mates are full-time workers and student. very good place to study. (we do not allow smoking inside the house)
