JOB SUMMARY
The Australian wing of a large Chinese-based web solutions company is opening it's doors to driven salesperson to join our sales team. We are both seeking Entry level and Senior level applicants.

DESCRIPTION
A rapidly growing web and IT company is currently seeking a driven salesperson to join our sales team. You will be working directly with the Sales and Administrative Manager and a team of 3 marketingpeople to deliver outstanding results. Various remuneration options are available to suit your needs and will be discussed in the second interview. These options range from straight salary through base/commission to straight commission.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following skills:
• Punctuality and excellent time management skills is a must
• Creating and maintaining rapport with clients in meetings
• Creating and maintaining client relationships
• Good knowledge of need-satisfaction-based and adaptive selling (e.g. through ADAPT and SPIN questioning series)
• Experience in preparation of quotes and proposals
• High level of English proficiency in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Sound knowledge of computers
You will ideally have the following:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Commerce) is advantageous but not necessary
• 1-2 years experience in a sales role (again, not necessary as we provide training)
• Your own form of transport with valid drivers license
This is a full time role. Our office is located in Coopers Plains, and you will be working in the surrounding suburbs.
