FinishingUni and having an early holiday, I will need to move out from my current place3 months prior to the contract date so I am looking for someone who wants totake over my room in the Kelvin Grove. The room is on level 8 with a balconyand it gives a great view of both city and QUT Kelvin Grove campus. The singleroom is one of the two-bed-room apartments and you will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen area with only one other student.
Location and Food:The apartment is one of the Iglu residencies which is in the heart of KelvinGrove urban village. 5 min walking to Woolworth, pharmacy, and many other café,restaurants and fast foods (Burger urge, Sushi, Subway, Nandos, Pizza Capers,Kebab…..)
Fully Furnished: bedroom includes single bed, build-in wardrobe, large desk, bookshelf, bed sidetable. Dinner table, sofa and all the basic kitchen utilities in the livingarea.
Easy Transport: 10min walk to Kelvin Grove bus station (66, 330, 333, 340 etc.) and 345 busstation. For QUT students, the location is literally 40 seconds to theuniversity shuttle bus station.
Facilities:Free access to Gym, billiards and table tennis. There is a nice public kitchenand BBQ area if you would have friends coming over to chill. 5 min to QUTswimming pool.
