    你去就说要确认下就可以啦，我之前也是在店里申请的，店员帮我网上申请的，但是我等了一个月都没有用，我也在网上查和你一样的情况，然后我去店里面问的，说要带资料再去确认资料就好了。

那你是拿什么资料去申请的? passport和immi的online status?
