Requirements:

· IELTS overall 7.5 higher in speaking.

· Fluency in speaking, confidence and always happy to help with a warm smile.

· Problem solving skills

· Attention to detail

· Take initiative and be motivated to deliver a great customer service experience

Candidates with similar experience or understanding of Hoteloperations/software/online booking agency knowledge will take priority.

Role:

Casual 2-3 days during the week. Candidates need to be able to work through weekends if needed.

Key responsibilities:

· Performing all duties associated with day to day operations of front desk, invoicing, suppliers, owner relationship, communicating, organising.
