1，网络，一定要问他有没有ADSL宽带，不要只问他有没有网，你要是问有没有网的话他们一般都会说有，等你来了才发现其实他们所谓的网就是拨号，而且拨号还 不让你用。
2，小孩，一定不要有小孩子的HS，澳洲的小孩子很闹，而且HS老是高声调的教育他们，动不动就哭个没完没了，有的时候还会偷吃你房间的零食，看到你有什   么好东西都管你要，还会随便翻你东西。
3，宠物，澳洲鬼佬养的的狗一般都是那种大得吓人的狗，不像我们中国人喜欢小型狗，我本人觉得那种大的狗很恶心，尤其看它鼻子和嘴永远都是湿乎乎的样      子。。猫，鬼佬的猫一般都是那种晚上在家睡觉白天自己出门满大街跑的，各人觉得很脏。
4，HS最好是那种老头老太太，因为他们并不是指望挣你的钱过日子，所以有的对你会想亲人一样好的。
5，HS最好是本地澳洲人，不要是阿三，菲律宾人或者华人，因为刚来所以语言还是比较重要的，阿三和菲律宾人虽然说得也叫English但口音真的不敢恭维，天    天嘴里像含热包子一样，hs要是华人就难不了天天说到中文，本人觉得刚来的那两个月学语言是最重要也是最多的。
6，Homemate最好不要太多，2个是最好的，如果太多不管是饮食上，学语言上还是生活上质量可能都不会太好，而且学生多了也就代表这个HS在只挣你们的钱吃饭。室友最好也是个其他国家的学生，因为白天在学校你肯定要和很多中国同学讲中文，所以留给自己一个全英文的世界在家里也是不错的。
7， 交通，交通方便在ADL很重要，最好hs的周围10分钟内就有去往City的BUS Stop，要不然够楼主走的。

还有的HS限制洗澡时间,晚上关灯时间,晚上断网时间....:sleepy: 这些虽然很小,但是充分体现了HS赚钱心切的态度..:sleepy:

4 最好是中年夫妇都上班的.哈哈..那样他们就没有那么多时间在家管你了:fool:

想来想去,下面几点对新人比较重要,写出来大家看看

1. 坚决不要老头老太太的homestay,
2.最好是澳洲本地家庭(父母加几个小孩的那种).像什么意大利希腊的就最好别住,绝对不是什么种族歧视,只不过见过的大部分这些HS都是渣子//.....
3.最好能上网.
4.要是你想做饭的话给用厨房,

这是最重要的4点,至于其他的就都好说了......
