那里确实方便上学，但是对于移民的朋友，我觉得优势不大。而且价格很贵。
小房间，现在都是160-180什么都不包的价格，大房间至少是220的价格。
在city外，找个house，有些300左右都能搞一整套了。
不是拆2楼的台，只是推荐更好的选择给刚来这里的朋友而已
