ICHM  是酒店管理學校  培訓的人才  可以從事在酒店旅館餐飲的行政管理人才
lcb    是餐飲學校培訓的人才  可以從事在飯店旅館餐庁裡的製作管理人才

ichm  是瑞士旅館協會系統    lcb  是法式餐飲管理系統但是都是用 tafe 的設備

ICHM 是酒店管理，没错，
LCB 也是酒店管理，LCB 在悉尼有专门学厨的学校，Adelaide 学的是酒店管理硕士文凭。。。

ICHM要读3年半才能拿到本科，第一年要求住在学校旁边的宿舍，
LCB 2 年半就可以毕业。。很多ichm的学生因为受不了，都转学到LCB...

根据ichm的朋友说，瑞士酒店管理协会已经不承认这个学校。。。{:4_153:}
