     你去DIAC上面去查 SOL (Skilled Occupation List）. 我估计是评估本科的专业。  此外， 要看你本科和硕士的专业联系是不是很紧密。   我的理解是这样的！~ 希望有帮助

回楼主:
在国内完成本科Engineering学历  来澳洲读Master of Engineering  毕业后,自己做好职业评估后,可算60分~
"读bachelor degree 才能直接被accredited",也就是说,读bachelor的,啥都不用做自我陈述,就直接给批了...
你自己也说了,是"直接"...读master的就是"不直接"罗~~~
读master的需要做的,就是自己写自己的评估,然后交上去,等批...
至于怎么写,EA的网站上给了一个PDF的booklet,里面写的超级详细,仔细看一遍,你就知道了
