小辈今年10月将去南澳大学读2年的商科MASTER， 现在犹豫到底是该买房还是租房住
现在有几个疑问想问问同胞们
1）南澳大学附近（只要不要离得太远，上学方便就行）两房或三房的Aprtment大概多少钱
2）留学生买房的话，首付最低是多少，能达到10%吗。假如买30W的房子，贷款年限一般是多少，平均每周得还多少。
3）是买离city近的Apartment核算，还是郊区的house核算
我现在的想法是买个两房或三房的，自己住一个房间，把另外一个或两个房间租出去，这样租金能够养的起房贷吗？
好多问题啊 哈哈 望前辈们给予解惑...

30W, 不可能买到2，3 房的了，你最少也要个40，50万。

你学生的话，银行是不可能给你贷款的。

还是租 ...

    同意这个 我昨天看到楼主的帖子的时候就笑了 就和我男朋友说 现在hillcrest（距离CITY大概15—20公里左右的区）都要40万+了 20—30万估计连个UNIT都难说~~~
