4室中的两间，一间大单人间，一间双人间。两间都是正规的房子，不是隔出来的。冬暖夏凉。有前后院，专门的车库。

位置：
优点
房子位于西区第六站，临近 SIR DONALD BRADMAN DRIVE离woolworth走路一分钟， 门口就有汽车站5C。走路到foodland10分钟，亚洲超市12分钟。地理位置极其优越，不用囤积食品，每天买东西全当散步。附近邮局，银行，二手店等非常齐全，相当方便。

缺点
紧邻马路，白天在家会有点闹，但是晚上还是很安静的，介意的同学请绕过～

人员：
现住一对couple+3个女生，人员简单。其中2个女生就快搬走了，最迟10月17号搬 因此提前招租，如果有特别需要的话可以考虑提前搬。希望入住的是喜欢安静，清洁的人。

价格:
大单人间 110+share bill （墙壁是粉色的，很漂亮）， 双人间单人住的话是120+share bill，双人再议。

设备：
中央冷暖空调。家具房东包，一般的来讲床，衣柜，写字台等等都有，有特别需要可以商讨。草地 果树等由房东负责修整。空调不是纯用电的而是水+电+煤气，就算是夏天开销也不会很大。
