房子位于西南区，在Anzac Hwy 第9站边。

现一房出租，该房间设施齐全，且有电视。客厅也有电视和WII。

交通很方便，距第九站仅150米左右，步行去TRAM第8站也仅需4-5分钟。由于位于ANZ HIGHWAY,所以过往公车很多，有248，245，M44,263,265,241,242，几乎每5分钟一趟。10分钟左右直达city。

并且附近有COLES,K-MART等超市，步行大约8-9分钟。

网络为TPG的，流量500G。

如果有车，也提供UNIT院内的停车位。
