稍微熟悉阿村的人都知道这是好区,环境和安全不用多说,非常的安静,近考试的时候,晚上11点回来,一点都不害怕
总共是2个卧室,加一个超级大的客厅,出租的是客厅,但绝对不是隔间什么的,完全就相当于是另外一个卧室了,家具什么的都有的
现在加上我有一共是2个女生,我们平时都呆在自己的房间.因为如此,所以才$100每周全包.在这个地段,这个价钱是很难找到了,毕竟等于是在CITY了,更何况,住在这,每周可以省去$25刀的车票钱,几分钟步行到SOUTH TERRACE. 我们家在GOODWOOD RD和KING WILLIAM RD之间,所以交通相当便利,从南到北都有直达的BUS,去CITY的话更方便,TRAM7分钟一趟,周末15分钟,如果TRAM没来,穿过TRAM线就可以坐到BUS,所以等车的时间其实很少.我们人都超级好相处,大家互相照顾和帮助,绝对是家的气氛,我们平时还会一起做饭一起吃,都不是计较的人,平时有什么活动也会一起去.唯一的条件就是希望你是干净整洁的人，不要太邋遢的，因为谁都想住在一个舒适的环境
不管是去阿大还是UNISA(WEST AND EAST)都是很便利的,有好几路车都可以到.
