【地点】Findon。

【房子情况】2室1厅UNIT，1个浴卫。整个building是3层的。房子说是在2楼，但是下面除了1楼之外还有个grand floor,所以其实算是3楼了，上面还有一层。屋子房间里面是新换的木地板，墙也是新粉刷的。有前后两个阳台，夏天把门对开，很凉爽。房子是靠最里面的，所以除了多了很多私人空间之外，也不用担心邻居老是在窗外走来走去的路过。房子很安静，租客完全可以阳台上放个小桌子2把小椅子没事坐在阳台上看看风景。吸烟的朋友可以边充电边欣赏~{:2_69:}！楼下有住户车位1个，还有几个VISITOR车位，朋友来的时候可以停。整个area是一个小区，里面有几栋这样的楼房，所以社区管理很好，也很安全。自己的房子，非二房东，不用担心不必要的不愉快发生！

【周围环境】大型购物超市，邮局，药店，LOCAL HOTEL等都有。走路去超市3分钟，可以推超市购物车到家里楼下，你自己拎都不用拎了。

【关于BUS】走路3分钟到车站，GO ZONE，最多15分钟一辆车。周围很多班车，有到CITY的车，直接到Grenfill ST。还有环城BUS，可以到REGENCY TAFE,LCB。也有到WEST BEACH跟机场的车，四通八达！夏天去海边那也叫一个方便~！

【合同】 BOND是6周房租，签合同。租期最少一年，不短租。

【RENT】所有必备家具家电全包。包水费，其余开通电煤气网之类的需要自理！

【关于您】不管是上班族，移民家庭还是学生。希望租客朋友可以按时交房租，有问题及时联系房东（本人）解决。当然不用说，肯定是干净安静的人优先！
