求问关于187签证

我看了最新的187 RSMS的移民要求但是不是很明白。想在这请教。如果我有餐馆雇主愿意担保，我也在这餐馆做了4年，但是我不是读厨师的，我还可以做些什么去申请PR或工作签证呢？

有澳洲连续2年或以上的澳洲学历毕业，diploma或以上学历层次，雅思4个6分，有雇主担保你，递签时候是在毕业后的6个月内（或递签前2年内具备1年或以上相关工作经验）就可以申请187偏远地区雇主担保技术移民签证了的。

你如果以57X学生签证在餐馆做了4年，按照目前签证限制，每两周工作不超过40小时（以前是每周不超过20小时） ...

何况很多是cash付费的，没有打税，没有payslips工资单的啊，这样的工作经验移民局是不会认可的。即使你有工资单，上面的job title也要是cook，你才能以厨师职业做雇主担保技术移民哦。你没有澳洲的diploma of commercial cookery或中国烹饪学校的厨师中专文凭，没资格申请187偏远地区雇主担保技术移民PR的。
