房子内部是房东从新装修过的，老房子，夏天不会很热，客厅有空调，如果夏天实在是受不了，打开空调可以吹到2个卧室里面。
房子无家具，如果需要可以留下双人床1个和2个衣柜。入住直接和房东签合同。
房子外面有停车位。如果有车的同学，就不怕停在路边。

交通状况：交通十分方便H开头的随便坐，J1，J2，162车非常的多，平时出门根本就不需要看车表，周末出门最多等5-10分钟就能等到车，到CITY3分钟足够，特别方便在CITY上学的同学。
