签证3月15到期， 还能在到期之前回国然后再次入境吗 ？

一般学生都是12月末就毕业拿到完成信了的，这样的话，正常学校就取消COE了的，然后28天内移民局会取消学生签证

但是由于有毕业典礼或是未尽事宜，移民局才多给了3个月的签证，这样学生就可以12月末毕业的合法呆到来年的3月15号左右。 7月份毕业的，合法呆到9月15号左右的。

虽然中国不管你是否有澳洲签证，但是你入境澳洲时候，澳洲海关移民局很有可能拦你的哦。485/PSW毕业生TR工作签证，只能人在澳洲境内才能申请（毕业6个月内，有雅思4个6分是必须的）

如果3-15号以后学生签证过期了的，可以办个600旅游签证来澳洲的，3个月内，在澳洲境内递交485/PSW毕业生TR工作签证即可。而即使600旅游签证上有8534/8503 no further stay条款，也是仍然可以在澳洲豁免递交485/PSW毕业生TR工作签证的！欢迎联系澳嘉移民。你在3-15号前入境时候，最好拿个offer，交1000澳币2个月的Diploma学费Issue 一个COE入境是100%安全的。
