学生签证想延期 但遇到问题了

在朋友介绍下跑去了Department of Home Affairs弄签证去了
但是只去到填写的地方就遇到问题了 被阻止填写了!!
说有几个问题让我没法继续 例如
申请人先前取消或拒绝签证。
申请人没有持有适当的签证。
申请人对现行签证有条件。
申请人的位置无法确认。

之类的!!
