Nowadays many people do longer work hour and find their life more stressful,what do you think and how employers to do?
In many countries,especially in the metropolis , individuals have to do longer hour and life a more stressful life.This is because In contemporary society, the competition is increasingly stiff, for surviving in the world we must try our best to work and the employers always put gain profit and earn money in the first place, which lead to the longer work hours and a more stressful life.
From my perspective , I believe this phenomenon is the natural trend with the development of society and we should use a positive and steadness state to confront with it. Specifically, nowadys citizens'level of education is decreasing, which is contribute to enhance the nation's competitiveness.However this also lead to the employee life a stressful life, because they are confronted with chanllenge not only comes from workmates but also comes from the youngsters that maybe just gratuate from university. Besides,the ever-increaing house price and other econamic problems also make modern people feel under endless stress.
Globalization is also a key point to lead to this phenomenon.As soon as China join WTO , the domestic company 's market have to extend to the other country,meanwhile,the number of company's staff always limited.As a result, the employee have to work longer hours.
As a employer, profit and earning money as much as possible is what they pursuit.While, it doesn't mean the more your staffs work the more profit you can gain.On the contrast, if your stuff were exhaust that will decline their work efficiency and motivation.Therefore employer should arrangement the work hour reasonable rather than let them keep working day and night.How to make a balance between working time and efficiency plays a privotal role in whether the company will success or not.Google set a good example,staff can get whatever  they need in the workplace,the snacks,the magazines , the gym and even the Spa room.People who work in this enviroment always feel freely and relax,which contribute to enhance work efficiency .
In conclution, if employer can stand at the position the employees, it can reduce their stress, at least enable them to feel what they work for is worthwhile.
