请问，配偶309转100的时候，如果本人在中国，且309已过期的话。怎么能转？
移民局的信里有这么一句，“·
Iif you are overseas and adecision has not been made on your permanent visa application by the time thetravel facility of your provisional subclass 309 visa expires, your provisionalvisa will no longer be valid.
Themigration legislation requires that, in general, you must hold a valid provisionalvisa in order to be granted a permanent visa.
Therefore, if your provisional visa expires, it will not be possible togrant you a permanent visa.
However,every attempt will be made to finalise your permanent visa application beforeyour provisional visa expires;
”。请问还有什么补救的办法。
