Sunnybank Hills 单（双）人房招租。照片里房间的床已换成双人床或两张单人床。
不吸烟，爱清洁，会打麻将，打排球，爱狗的男生优先
如果你对住房有以下要求的话欢迎来看房:
1. 不喜欢和很多人一起住,，不介意和1-2个人Share Toilet;
2. 不是车库改造或搭建出来的房间，3个房间住3-5个人，门口有停车位;
3. 干净整洁没有条条款款,，大家自觉保持清洁;
4. 房东不会有过多限制互相信任尊重;
5. 网络无限制，免费中港台160多个频道中文电视（有香港TVB，台湾中天，大陆CCTV-5体育频道等等等等一般网上看不到的频道）;
6. 不在乎坐半个小时以上车去City，只要附近有车站就好(130 131 132 135);
7. 开车到Sunnybank 8分钟，City 20分钟;
8. 对狗狗充满爱心，如果我出差或回国需要你照看狗，房租全免;
9. 免费上下班顺风车，星期一至五早上(9:30am approx，from home to Sunnybank or City);傍晚(5:30pm approx, From City or Sunnybank to home).

5 min walk to shops, Hungry Jack's;
6-8 min walk to Bus 130, 131, 132 and 135;
