我今天到Mcgill的Centre of continuing education 去报了一个graduated program,手续和要求都出奇的简单，只要求transcript,TOEFL score,LP,CSQ (optional).2002年9月入学，大约1-1年半修完。我不知道这样的graduated program与正规的graduated degree 差别有多远？同样做为full-time student,申请贷款和助学金应该都没问题吧？
我只想尽快能读到与金融相关的专业，graduated degree或diploma都行，有TOEFL(593/5.0)的成绩和Bachelor 's ecomomics,除了 continuing education ，我还有更好的选择吗？
